Senior AJ BURTON as the Mass MoCA Education Program Intern

As the Education intern I help with preparation for future exhibitions in Kidspace through extensive research. I’m also in the process of designing new crafts for the Artbar that is geared towards kids on the spectrum who may have sensory challenges. All of this work is reported during out Ed Staff Meetings every week where the whole team provides updates on what we’ve been working on and what is coming down the pike. In addition to the major projects I work on, I sometimes have museum education related readings that I do brief reports on as well as planning possible programs for Mass MoCA’s upcoming Free Day in January.
