Internship summary:

Stephanie Trotto has been interning at Gary Lichtenstein Editions (GLE) during the Spring 2025 semester. She has had the opportunity to work in a hands-on print studio, contributing to the production process of fine art silkscreen editions. In addition to this, Stephanie has been working on the GLE website, creating artist pages for artists that have been working with Lichtenstein at the studio. She has maintained and organized the website, adding to the Events page and maintaining upcoming and past events. By utilizing her Adobe Suite skills, Stephanie has been designing flyers for Gary Lichtenstein Editions and creating mockups on Photoshop for upcoming projects. She has also been designing Certifications of Authenticity for specific prints. This experience has provided Stephanie with real world exposure to working with artists in a fine art studio environment, as well as how to assist in the development of GLE.

Stephanie's reflection:

Throughout my time at the studio, I have learned how to implement my skills from previous internships and provide sufficient support to GLE. I have gained the ability to work alongside artists and ensure that their work is being represented in the best way for them, as well as learn what goes on behind the scenes at a fine art studio. My development and marketing skills have improved significantly throughout this semester, and I look forward to implementing those skills in future careers.
